What's on in Nyhavn

The Christmas market, jazz, the Lucia kayak parade, the Midsummer bonfire in the canal: the Nyhavn year month by month — with the dates that are actually announced, honest notice when they aren't, and what the quay always offers in each season.

Visual Nyhavn event calendar: the Christmas market, Distortion, the jazz festival, Midsummer, the Lucia kayaks and Culture Night — month by month with verified dates and seasonal tips.

The calendar starts at the current month and runs twelve months ahead. A question mark means the organiser has not announced dates yet — in that case we say what the date usually is, instead of guessing. Every event is checked against the organiser's own site or an independent source; last updated 9 October 2026.
