This policy describes how VisitNyhavn.com (Bullitt Ventures ApS, CVR 46248902, Copenhagen, Denmark) handles information when you visit the site. Bullitt Ventures ApS is the data controller.

What data we process

If you write to us via the contact form, we process the name, email and message you enter — solely to reply to you. The message is not kept longer than needed to answer it, and you are not added to any mailing list. Beyond that we do not collect personal data ourselves via logins or other features. When you visit the site, your browser may share technical information (e.g. IP address and browser type) with our hosting provider as part of normal operation (server logs). Your message is also written to a log file on the server — name, email, message and IP address — before it is sent, so an enquiry is not lost silently if the email fails. That file cannot be reached from the internet and is deleted automatically after 90 days.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses no tracking cookies, no analytics tags that identify individual visitors, and no third-party advertising pixels.
